I forgot my password, now what?
- Click on the “Forgot Password” link below the email and password boxes on the Sign-In page.
- Enter your email address and click “Reset Password.”
- You will receive an email with instructions on changing your password. Click the link in the email and you will be taken to the Retail Benefits website where you can reset your password.
- If you are using Facebook or Google to sign in, you will need to reset your password on Facebook or Google.
